WEBVTT

00:29.458 --> 00:31.541
[Master Daki] You've been
hiding something from me.

00:31.542 --> 00:32.624
Maul...

00:32.625 --> 00:36.250
[Maul] You are beginning to see things
from a new perspective.

00:38.792 --> 00:40.207
[Devon] I heard the stories.

00:40.208 --> 00:41.583
I know what you are.

00:42.958 --> 00:46.499
[Maul] You're operating under the premise
that I am somehow the villain here,

00:46.500 --> 00:50.042
but it is not as simple as good and evil.

00:51.375 --> 00:53.416
Dryden Vos.

00:53.417 --> 00:55.457
I have a proposal.

00:55.458 --> 01:00.332
I will personally provide your escape
from the Imperial forces on Janix.

01:00.333 --> 01:02.791
Once I complete my part of the bargain,

01:02.792 --> 01:06.625
you install me
as the leader of Crimson Dawn.

01:08.083 --> 01:09.749
[Master Daki] Your message
was received.

01:09.750 --> 01:11.707
Now reveal your intentions.

01:11.708 --> 01:15.166
A ship will rendezvous with us soon.

01:15.167 --> 01:17.124
Outside the city.

01:17.125 --> 01:21.458
Our only chance of escape is an alliance.

01:23.625 --> 01:25.624
[groaning] Master...

01:25.625 --> 01:27.374
[groans, growls]

01:27.375 --> 01:29.000
- [acid hissing]
- [Icarus groaning]

01:30.208 --> 01:31.666
[Rook Kast] Someone is out there.

01:31.667 --> 01:32.667
[yelps]

01:33.417 --> 01:34.917
[screams echoing]

01:38.417 --> 01:40.417
[heavy breathing]

01:53.750 --> 01:55.583
[lightsaber activates]

01:58.958 --> 02:00.417
[♪ suspenseful music playing]

02:01.917 --> 02:03.792
[Maul grunting]

02:11.292 --> 02:12.957
[Maul grunting]

02:12.958 --> 02:15.082
[Maul screams in pain]

02:15.083 --> 02:16.417
[groans softly]

02:18.625 --> 02:20.000
- [Lawson] Come on!
- [Maul grunting]

02:28.708 --> 02:30.458
[Lawson] This is useless.
We need to move!

02:32.708 --> 02:33.708
Run.

02:35.000 --> 02:36.249
[Maul panting]

02:36.250 --> 02:37.749
[breathing heavily]

02:37.750 --> 02:39.750
[♪ dramatic music playing]

02:43.208 --> 02:45.582
[ruins rumbling]

02:45.583 --> 02:47.250
[Master Daki grunts]

02:50.333 --> 02:52.000
[heavy breathing]

02:54.208 --> 02:56.499
You must leave. We will soon follow.

02:56.500 --> 02:57.833
He is right. Let's go!

03:01.667 --> 03:02.749
[ruins rumbling]

03:02.750 --> 03:04.083
- [yelping]
- Move! Come on!

03:04.458 --> 03:06.542
[all yelling]

03:09.542 --> 03:11.750
You're no inquisitor.

03:12.750 --> 03:15.083
[Maul grunting]

03:19.125 --> 03:20.500
What are you?

03:22.083 --> 03:23.875
[Maul pants]

03:24.750 --> 03:27.583
[Maul grunting]

03:30.250 --> 03:32.041
[groaning]

03:32.042 --> 03:33.958
[snarling and grunting]

03:38.458 --> 03:40.499
[gasping, gags]

03:40.500 --> 03:42.167
[groans]

03:44.042 --> 03:46.417
[Maul grunting angrily]

03:47.583 --> 03:49.874
[groaning]

03:49.875 --> 03:50.958
[Devon grunts]

03:53.250 --> 03:55.833
[both grunting]

03:57.375 --> 03:59.333
[Maul panting in pain]

04:00.750 --> 04:01.874
[Master Daki groans]

04:01.875 --> 04:02.999
[Maul groans]

04:03.000 --> 04:04.333
[ruins rumbling]

04:05.417 --> 04:06.917
- Quickly!
- Devon!

04:07.958 --> 04:10.000
[Maul grunting]

04:14.500 --> 04:16.958
[breathing heavily]

04:21.083 --> 04:23.125
- [Maul panting]
- [rubble thudding]

04:26.250 --> 04:28.250
[♪ epic music playing]

04:47.250 --> 04:49.250
[Darth Vader breathing heavily]

05:01.875 --> 05:03.832
They'll make it out. Right?

05:03.833 --> 05:06.624
I'm certain Devon and her master
will catch up.

05:06.625 --> 05:07.874
[device chirruping]

05:07.875 --> 05:10.042
Oh, what a time to call.
[clears throat]

05:11.750 --> 05:13.332
Dryden Vos, hi.

05:13.333 --> 05:15.207
[Dryden Vos] Vario, we are en route.

05:15.208 --> 05:17.625
[whooshing]

05:18.292 --> 05:21.916
Make certain Lord Maul
is ready for immediate extraction.

05:21.917 --> 05:24.249
[Vario] We're on our way, sir.
Yeah, we ran into, uh...

05:24.250 --> 05:25.499
a little complication, but we--

05:25.500 --> 05:28.000
There had better be no complications.

05:28.917 --> 05:31.249
This extraction needs to be quick.

05:31.250 --> 05:33.208
I'm not here to engage the Empire.

05:34.042 --> 05:35.624
[pilot] We're closin' in.

05:35.625 --> 05:37.750
We need to kill comms or risk detection.

05:38.500 --> 05:40.999
Vario,
we're taking communications offline.

05:41.000 --> 05:42.791
I will contact you shortly.

05:42.792 --> 05:43.792
[Vario] Dryden! Dry--

05:45.458 --> 05:47.541
[pilot] Sir, it... it could be a risk.

05:47.542 --> 05:50.041
Great risks yield great rewards.

05:50.042 --> 05:52.666
He can be a valuable asset
to my interests,

05:52.667 --> 05:56.124
and with his help
I will take over this syndicate,

05:56.125 --> 05:58.750
and we will all profit
more than we ever have.

06:00.333 --> 06:01.416
[sighs wearily]

06:01.417 --> 06:03.874
You sure this is the way
to the landing site, Lawson?

06:03.875 --> 06:06.374
According to your coordinates, yeah.

06:06.375 --> 06:07.916
Just keep moving.

06:07.917 --> 06:09.874
Oh, yeah. "Just keep moving." [scoffs]

06:09.875 --> 06:12.166
Yeah, you're a picture of positivity.
Wait! Wait!

06:12.167 --> 06:14.167
[♪ tense music plays]

06:22.250 --> 06:23.958
This enemy is something different.

06:25.167 --> 06:27.582
I fear what my instincts are telling me.

06:27.583 --> 06:29.083
What? What is it?

06:29.208 --> 06:30.541
[sighing] It can't be...

06:30.542 --> 06:32.666
- A Dark Lord of the Sith.
- No, no, no, no...

06:32.667 --> 06:34.457
How do we defeat it?

06:34.458 --> 06:37.249
Only when you let go of your restraint.

06:37.250 --> 06:38.832
Tap into your rage.

06:38.833 --> 06:40.707
Let it serve you.

06:40.708 --> 06:44.124
No! Do not give in to such emotions.

06:44.125 --> 06:47.166
We must remain calm in the face of fear.

06:47.167 --> 06:50.499
True power lies
in our patience and cunning.

06:50.500 --> 06:53.207
Our enemy knows how Jedi fight.

06:53.208 --> 06:55.708
- You must adapt to outsmart him.
- [rumbling]

07:04.125 --> 07:06.624
[groans softly]

07:06.625 --> 07:09.082
Your master would be wise
to heed my advice.

07:09.083 --> 07:11.124
- [electricity crackling]
- [groans]

07:11.125 --> 07:12.292
[chuckles softly]

07:12.917 --> 07:14.291
I know how to defeat it

07:14.292 --> 07:17.625
because I was taught by the most powerful
Sith Lord of all.

07:18.833 --> 07:21.542
Darth... Sidious.

07:22.958 --> 07:24.249
Please listen to me.

07:24.250 --> 07:30.542
My master purged the Jedi Order
and made himself the Emperor.

07:32.458 --> 07:33.957
Devon, I implore you.

07:33.958 --> 07:38.833
Use your rage and unleash your potential.

07:40.917 --> 07:43.457
There's a path ahead. We must keep moving.

07:43.458 --> 07:46.083
[groaning, panting]

07:46.792 --> 07:48.917
I will assist him. You go.

07:49.708 --> 07:51.000
We must stay together.

07:51.875 --> 07:53.875
The Lawsons need your help.

07:54.833 --> 07:55.833
Remain alert.

07:57.250 --> 07:58.250
Find them, Devon.

08:04.208 --> 08:06.124
He is very powerful.

08:06.125 --> 08:10.041
But if we defend one another,
we will be stronger.

08:10.042 --> 08:12.916
No, if I am right, he knows how you think.

08:12.917 --> 08:14.958
Aggression. It is the only way.

08:18.292 --> 08:19.792
Hmm.

08:24.542 --> 08:26.500
[crashing, rumbling]

08:27.792 --> 08:29.292
[breathing heavily]

08:37.458 --> 08:39.291
[faint rumbling]

08:39.292 --> 08:40.458
[lightsaber ignites]

08:45.167 --> 08:46.167
[sighs]

08:54.667 --> 08:57.124
[Eleventh Brother screeches]

08:57.125 --> 08:58.750
[grunting]

09:02.583 --> 09:04.667
- [breathing heavily]
- [lightsabers crackling]

09:05.833 --> 09:07.500
[Devon yelling, grunting]

09:14.042 --> 09:15.291
- [Maul grunting]
- [yelps]

09:15.292 --> 09:18.082
[groaning]

09:18.083 --> 09:20.958
[Devon grunting loudly]

09:23.042 --> 09:24.042
Devon!

09:25.250 --> 09:26.458
[Devon grunts]

09:30.875 --> 09:32.707
[Maul grunts]

09:32.708 --> 09:34.291
[groaning]

09:34.292 --> 09:36.292
[panting]

09:38.833 --> 09:40.500
[Darth Vader breathing heavily]

09:41.917 --> 09:43.208
[Eleventh Brother snarls]

09:45.958 --> 09:47.666
[grunts]

09:47.667 --> 09:50.167
- [breathing heavily]
- [grunting]

10:07.000 --> 10:09.624
All right. This is the pickup.

10:09.625 --> 10:11.000
I think I see a ship.

10:13.083 --> 10:15.332
Oh. Yeah, that ain't our ship.

10:15.333 --> 10:17.875
[stormtrooper] Form an offensive line.
No one gets through.

10:18.542 --> 10:19.542
There!

10:21.375 --> 10:23.125
[Vario] That's a very big gun!

10:24.000 --> 10:25.958
[panting] Run! Run! Run!

10:27.292 --> 10:28.875
[groans softly]

10:29.500 --> 10:32.333
5538, take off
and get a visual from the air.

10:36.708 --> 10:38.042
[whooshes]

10:41.792 --> 10:43.417
[grunts, pants]

10:46.708 --> 10:50.208
[grunting]

10:52.542 --> 10:55.250
[breathing heavily]

10:58.250 --> 10:59.792
[panting]

11:00.750 --> 11:03.416
Oh. Dryden's not gonna like this.

11:03.417 --> 11:06.042
[shuttle engine whirring]

11:07.125 --> 11:08.417
Go!

11:08.958 --> 11:10.792
[Maul grunting angrily]

11:19.083 --> 11:20.417
[lightsaber whirring]

11:24.542 --> 11:26.125
[Devon grunting]

11:33.042 --> 11:34.042
[yelps]

11:35.542 --> 11:38.666
- [all panting]
- [Vario panting, whimpering]

11:38.667 --> 11:40.332
Dad, we're running out of time.

11:40.333 --> 11:42.832
We're not going anywhere
with that shuttle circling.

11:42.833 --> 11:44.666
I suggest a new plan.

11:44.667 --> 11:47.374
We take their cannon
and destroy that shuttle.

11:47.375 --> 11:49.874
Your droid's plans are as bad as yours.

11:49.875 --> 11:51.333
Yeah, but it's all we've got.

11:52.625 --> 11:53.916
We need a distraction.

11:53.917 --> 11:55.875
Yeah, yeah, we need a dis-- What?

11:56.625 --> 11:58.832
Why are y'all-- What, me?

11:58.833 --> 12:02.332
You are the smallest and hardest to hit.

12:02.333 --> 12:04.124
You wanna get out of here or what?

12:04.125 --> 12:05.708
Yeah. Alive!

12:06.792 --> 12:08.999
All you've gotta do is run.

12:09.000 --> 12:11.250
Come on, Mr. Big Shot, you got this.

12:14.667 --> 12:16.291
[sighs wearily]

12:16.292 --> 12:17.292
You Lawsons.

12:18.000 --> 12:19.917
- I'll give you the signal.
- [blaster cocks]

12:22.458 --> 12:23.833
[grunting]

12:26.333 --> 12:28.374
[lightsabers whooshing]

12:28.375 --> 12:29.875
[Devon grunting loudly]

12:31.000 --> 12:32.542
[Master Daki grunts]

12:38.625 --> 12:39.875
[Marrok yells]

12:41.958 --> 12:43.042
[Maul groans]

12:44.958 --> 12:47.333
[Devon grunting]

12:49.000 --> 12:50.833
[groans, yelps]

12:57.125 --> 12:59.583
[shuttle whooshes]

13:04.042 --> 13:05.416
Dad, I can help.

13:05.417 --> 13:06.499
No, Rylee.

13:06.500 --> 13:08.541
You wait here and stay down.

13:08.542 --> 13:09.542
You hear me?

13:10.375 --> 13:11.375
Be careful.

13:12.958 --> 13:15.500
[shuttle whooshes]

13:24.125 --> 13:25.832
[whispering] Vario, now.

13:25.833 --> 13:28.082
Okay. You're not small, you're super tall.

13:28.083 --> 13:29.874
[softly] You got this, Vario.
You got this.

13:29.875 --> 13:30.957
[groaning] Okay, fine.

13:30.958 --> 13:32.499
[breathing deeply]

13:32.500 --> 13:34.416
You're not small, you're super tall.

13:34.417 --> 13:35.916
[loudly] Here goes nothing!

13:35.917 --> 13:37.374
[Vario yelling]

13:37.375 --> 13:40.125
Over here, you moof-milking laser brains!

13:40.708 --> 13:42.917
[yelling in panic]

13:52.875 --> 13:53.875
[yelps]

13:57.917 --> 13:58.917
[groans]

14:06.167 --> 14:08.000
[laser cannon firing]

14:15.375 --> 14:17.167
[mechanical whining]

14:18.083 --> 14:19.832
[distant explosion]

14:19.833 --> 14:21.750
- Together, we can do this.
- [grunts loudly]

14:23.750 --> 14:25.250
[yelps]

14:26.667 --> 14:27.957
[breathing heavily]

14:27.958 --> 14:29.625
[both grunting]

14:30.583 --> 14:32.417
[breathing heavily]

14:35.333 --> 14:37.333
[Vario yelling in panic]

14:47.625 --> 14:48.792
[engine clacking]

14:50.750 --> 14:52.958
- [Two-Boots yells]
- Two-Boots!

14:58.333 --> 14:59.333
[stormtrooper] Over here!

15:02.417 --> 15:04.582
Two-Boots, stay with Rylee.

15:04.583 --> 15:05.583
I'll get to you.

15:12.333 --> 15:14.792
[breathing heavily]

15:15.542 --> 15:17.542
[snarls and yells]

15:23.917 --> 15:26.292
[groaning]

15:27.875 --> 15:29.750
[grunting]

15:33.833 --> 15:35.083
- [gags]
- [both groaning]

15:38.500 --> 15:40.417
[panting]

15:43.917 --> 15:46.708
- [groans softly]
- [panting]

15:48.500 --> 15:51.792
[gasps and pants]

15:54.333 --> 15:56.957
- [Devon grunting]
- [panting]

15:56.958 --> 15:58.167
No.

16:03.375 --> 16:05.375
[panting]

16:08.750 --> 16:10.375
[Lawson panting]

16:11.833 --> 16:12.875
[yelps]

16:15.333 --> 16:16.500
[groans]

16:23.250 --> 16:24.875
[breathing heavily]

16:29.042 --> 16:31.000
- [grunting]
- [breathing heavily]

16:45.833 --> 16:47.375
[Master Daki groans]

16:53.667 --> 16:56.958
- [groans, pants]
- [Darth Vader breathing heavily]

17:03.042 --> 17:04.375
Master!

17:07.125 --> 17:08.292
[yelps]

17:10.042 --> 17:11.167
[groans softly]

17:11.792 --> 17:14.000
No! [exhales]

17:15.500 --> 17:16.624
[groans]

17:16.625 --> 17:19.250
[screaming] No! No!

17:22.292 --> 17:23.792
[yelling]

17:24.708 --> 17:26.375
- [grunts]
- [lightsabers crackling]

17:28.667 --> 17:29.957
[yells]

17:29.958 --> 17:31.042
[yelps]

17:32.167 --> 17:34.083
[groans, yelps]

17:39.042 --> 17:41.458
[panting]

17:44.458 --> 17:45.667
[♪ dramatic music playing]

17:47.167 --> 17:49.083
[grunting angrily]

17:53.167 --> 17:54.499
[yells]

17:54.500 --> 17:56.500
[♪ dramatic music continues playing]

18:01.250 --> 18:03.917
[Maul grunting angrily]

18:14.875 --> 18:16.707
It's Dryden! He's comin' in!

18:16.708 --> 18:18.332
Sir, it's heavy fire.

18:18.333 --> 18:20.666
I need Maul.

18:20.667 --> 18:22.958
[whooshes]

18:24.333 --> 18:26.000
[engines whirring]

18:36.833 --> 18:38.792
[yelps, whimpers]

18:40.500 --> 18:42.166
Vario! Where is Maul?

18:42.167 --> 18:44.167
No, he'll be here. He's right behind me.

18:49.208 --> 18:51.625
[Rylee] Dad! We're pinned down!
We can't get to the ship!

18:58.833 --> 18:59.916
Rylee...

18:59.917 --> 19:01.292
Dad, where are you?

19:02.125 --> 19:04.250
I know I could have done better, man...

19:05.500 --> 19:06.500
but I tried.

19:07.458 --> 19:09.624
Two-Boots, promise me, partner.

19:09.625 --> 19:11.375
You're gonna get him to his mother.

19:12.042 --> 19:14.125
Rylee... I love you, son.

19:14.875 --> 19:16.042
Dad. No!

19:17.333 --> 19:19.208
[grunting]

19:22.542 --> 19:24.542
- Dad!
- Rylee Lawson, we must hurry!

19:25.958 --> 19:28.167
[pants, groaning]

19:28.792 --> 19:30.500
Let go of me! Dad!

19:31.333 --> 19:32.333
Dad!

19:33.042 --> 19:34.249
No!

19:34.250 --> 19:36.250
[♪ tragic music playing]

19:42.792 --> 19:44.458
- [yelps]
- [growls]

19:49.208 --> 19:51.042
[grunting and yelling]

20:02.292 --> 20:03.958
[Darth Vader breathing heavily]

20:11.750 --> 20:14.082
No. [yells]

20:14.083 --> 20:15.417
[rumbling]

20:18.167 --> 20:20.333
- [Maul screaming]
- [ruins rumbling]

20:26.875 --> 20:28.542
[grunts angrily]

20:39.708 --> 20:41.624
[Maul] Devon! We must go.

20:41.625 --> 20:42.625
No!

20:44.042 --> 20:45.957
[voice distorting] I will kill them!

20:45.958 --> 20:47.917
You are not yet strong enough!

20:48.667 --> 20:50.416
But I will train you,

20:50.417 --> 20:52.958
and we will have our revenge.

20:53.833 --> 20:56.375
- [rubble thudding]
- [grunting angrily]

21:02.458 --> 21:05.042
[laser cannons firing]

21:16.458 --> 21:18.458
[breathing heavily]

21:20.458 --> 21:22.458
[ships whooshing]

21:28.042 --> 21:30.291
[grunts]

21:30.292 --> 21:32.167
[sobbing, panting]

21:36.125 --> 21:38.125
[Rylee sobbing]

21:47.958 --> 21:50.125
[♪ dramatic music playing]

21:57.500 --> 21:58.500
Lord Maul...

22:00.500 --> 22:02.792
I have upheld my half of the bargain.

22:04.292 --> 22:06.292
And I will honor mine.

22:10.667 --> 22:11.833
[sighs softly]

22:28.750 --> 22:29.750
[grunts]

22:42.917 --> 22:43.917
All right.

22:45.042 --> 22:46.458
I'm ready.

22:48.000 --> 22:50.500
[♪ foreboding music playing]

22:55.542 --> 22:57.375
[♪ music fades]

23:04.417 --> 23:06.417
[♪ closing theme music playing]
