WEBVTT

00:26.000 --> 00:27.792
[♪ tense music playing]

00:28.458 --> 00:30.708
[Maul screaming]

00:33.125 --> 00:35.292
[yelling]

00:36.792 --> 00:39.750
[Rook Kast] There's...
no sign of Lord Maul.

00:40.458 --> 00:43.291
We'll head out of the sector
and hope he finds us.

00:43.292 --> 00:44.583
[Maul gasps]

00:45.583 --> 00:48.499
[Rylee] None of this makes any sense.
Why is the Empire after us?

00:48.500 --> 00:50.542
[Lawson] The Empire isn't
what you think it is, son.

00:51.000 --> 00:54.249
- [Lawson] Rheena.
- I found a transport to get us off-world.

00:54.250 --> 00:55.916
We leave in two hours.

00:55.917 --> 00:56.917
[Two-Boots] Rylee.

00:57.375 --> 00:59.083
I am rescuing you.

00:59.875 --> 01:01.500
Hey, boys, need a ride?

01:02.417 --> 01:03.833
[engines revving and roaring]

01:05.208 --> 01:06.582
[stormtrooper screams]

01:06.583 --> 01:07.833
Hang on!

01:12.167 --> 01:13.375
[Rook Kast] Any sign of him?

01:14.042 --> 01:15.416
[groans]

01:15.417 --> 01:17.249
We'll wait as long as it takes.

01:17.250 --> 01:18.874
[Devon] We need to turn back.

01:18.875 --> 01:20.082
[Lawson] And go where?

01:20.083 --> 01:22.375
[Devon] Anywhere is better than
walking into a trap.

01:23.000 --> 01:24.000
[breathing heavily]

01:28.583 --> 01:29.583
[Rook Kast] My Lord.

01:30.250 --> 01:33.791
[Vario] Well, I just received
a rather interesting communiqué.

01:33.792 --> 01:36.832
That was a representative
from Crimson Dawn.

01:36.833 --> 01:39.416
Dryden Vos requests an audience.

01:39.417 --> 01:40.708
Things are looking up.

01:42.208 --> 01:44.208
[♪ music concludes]

01:47.042 --> 01:50.082
[announcer over PA] Attention.
The Imperial Authority has declared

01:50.083 --> 01:52.707
a full-time planetary curfew
until further notice,

01:52.708 --> 01:55.457
effective immediately
and without exception.

01:55.458 --> 01:58.791
Personal and public transportation
is expressly forbidden

01:58.792 --> 02:00.124
under penalty of death.

02:00.125 --> 02:01.583
[engines whirring]

02:02.500 --> 02:07.167
Let us hear
what Crimson Dawn has to offer.

02:08.042 --> 02:09.083
[hologram buzzes]

02:12.167 --> 02:14.207
Lord Maul.

02:14.208 --> 02:16.541
Dryden Vos.

02:16.542 --> 02:18.500
It has been a while.

02:19.000 --> 02:23.082
I heard you were
facing difficulties on Janix.

02:23.083 --> 02:24.916
The Imperial sort.

02:24.917 --> 02:27.750
If I may be so bold, I have a proposal.

02:28.417 --> 02:30.874
One that could benefit both of us.

02:30.875 --> 02:32.791
Really?

02:32.792 --> 02:36.041
And your superior approves?

02:36.042 --> 02:37.875
My superior? [scoffs]

02:38.417 --> 02:39.917
Rintero doesn't know about this.

02:40.583 --> 02:44.416
Crimson Dawn has betrayed me in the past,

02:44.417 --> 02:48.499
but now you intend to offer me sanctuary?

02:48.500 --> 02:52.792
I will personally provide your escape
from the Imperial forces on Janix.

02:55.167 --> 02:57.750
And what do you believe
I will do in return?

02:58.250 --> 02:59.333
[Dryden] It's quite simple.

03:00.000 --> 03:04.666
Once I complete my part of the bargain,
you will kill Boss Rintero

03:04.667 --> 03:08.541
and install me
as the leader of Crimson Dawn.

03:08.542 --> 03:10.249
How devious.

03:10.250 --> 03:13.707
I am proud of you, Dryden.

03:13.708 --> 03:16.291
[scoffs] What can I say?

03:16.292 --> 03:19.582
Listen, I'm sending encoded coordinates
to a rendezvous point,

03:19.583 --> 03:21.082
but our window is short.

03:21.083 --> 03:22.666
If you're not there, you are on--

03:22.667 --> 03:24.417
We will be there, Vos.

03:28.292 --> 03:30.374
Make the preparations.

03:30.375 --> 03:33.792
There is one last thing I must attend to.

03:34.375 --> 03:37.166
My Lord, even with the girl,
we still need a way

03:37.167 --> 03:39.958
past the Imperial lockdown
and out of the city.

03:40.958 --> 03:45.625
Perhaps Captain Lawson will provide a way.

03:49.917 --> 03:52.292
[♪ suspenseful music playing]

03:55.292 --> 03:57.458
[inhales deeply]

04:00.167 --> 04:02.167
[♪ eerie music playing]

04:22.750 --> 04:25.291
[announcer over PA] Attention.
The Imperial Authority has declared

04:25.292 --> 04:28.041
a full-time planetary curfew
until further notice,

04:28.042 --> 04:30.749
effective immediately
and without exception.

04:30.750 --> 04:33.541
Personal and public transportation
is expressly forbidden

04:33.542 --> 04:35.166
under penalty of death.

04:35.167 --> 04:38.166
[Two-Boots] It appears they have
deactivated my communication device.

04:38.167 --> 04:41.292
We now have no effective way
of monitoring police channels.

04:42.000 --> 04:45.791
I suppose I must accept
that I am now a fugitive from the law.

04:45.792 --> 04:47.125
We all are, Two-Boots.

04:47.958 --> 04:49.625
- [Devon exhales]
- [Rylee sighs softly]

04:50.917 --> 04:53.749
[panting, whimpering]

04:53.750 --> 04:56.500
- [voices screaming]
- [panting]

05:00.042 --> 05:01.042
[Maul] Devon.

05:03.375 --> 05:05.582
- Devon.
- [gasping]

05:05.583 --> 05:07.332
- Devon?
- What is it?

05:07.333 --> 05:09.082
[Devon panting]

05:09.083 --> 05:10.333
A dream.

05:11.125 --> 05:13.042
[♪ unsettling music playing]

05:18.542 --> 05:21.832
[Devon] I was here in the city,
following someone,

05:21.833 --> 05:23.125
I couldn't make them out.

05:23.750 --> 05:29.166
We arrived at a statue of a woman,
she was holding a spear and a shield.

05:29.167 --> 05:30.999
It could be the Armistice Fountain.

05:31.000 --> 05:32.124
It's not too far.

05:32.125 --> 05:34.957
Someone has put this image in your mind.

05:34.958 --> 05:36.582
Sounds like a trap.

05:36.583 --> 05:38.125
It doesn't feel like one.

05:41.167 --> 05:42.791
This is no dream.

05:42.792 --> 05:46.416
This is a suggestion,
an offer, made by Maul.

05:46.417 --> 05:48.167
I think it's a chance to escape.

05:48.792 --> 05:49.999
I'm certain it is.

05:50.000 --> 05:51.332
[Lawson sighs]

05:51.333 --> 05:52.916
Well, whatever we do,

05:52.917 --> 05:54.917
- we gotta keep moving.
- [distant clanking]

05:58.958 --> 06:00.500
[♪ foreboding music playing]

06:04.167 --> 06:06.749
[announcer over PA] Attention.
The Imperial Authority has declared

06:06.750 --> 06:09.624
a full-time planetary curfew
until further notice,

06:09.625 --> 06:12.374
effective immediately
and without exception.

06:12.375 --> 06:15.041
Personal and public transportation
is expressly forbidden

06:15.042 --> 06:16.417
under penalty of death.

06:18.542 --> 06:21.250
[♪ suspenseful music playing]

06:35.250 --> 06:36.958
[Master Daki] Your message was received.

06:37.458 --> 06:39.000
Now reveal your intentions.

06:40.958 --> 06:46.458
My intention is to provide a way
off this planet for all of us.

06:47.625 --> 06:49.124
[commando grunts]

06:49.125 --> 06:50.749
Oh, that's wonderful.

06:50.750 --> 06:53.582
These are dangerous times
for brave people.

06:53.583 --> 06:58.999
I wish only to see you
evade the Empire's grasp with me.

06:59.000 --> 07:00.541
[Spybot speaking Droid]
Booshkeedoo!

07:00.542 --> 07:03.916
A ship will rendezvous with us soon.

07:03.917 --> 07:05.666
Outside the city.

07:05.667 --> 07:07.124
You'll never get out that way.

07:07.125 --> 07:08.582
In case you haven't noticed,

07:08.583 --> 07:11.041
the Empire's got
the perimeter on lockdown.

07:11.042 --> 07:12.625
Hmm. Interesting.

07:13.167 --> 07:17.625
Perhaps you know a better route
out of the city, Captain Lawson?

07:18.833 --> 07:20.791
Yeah, I may.

07:20.792 --> 07:24.041
Since we have the means
to leave this planet,

07:24.042 --> 07:28.708
our only chance of escape is an alliance.

07:30.208 --> 07:32.832
[sighs] Listen, it's a risk.

07:32.833 --> 07:34.832
I mean, if it's our last shot...

07:34.833 --> 07:36.874
[Two-Boots] It is an option
worth considering,

07:36.875 --> 07:40.416
although he looks very untrustworthy.

07:40.417 --> 07:41.875
I will agree to this,

07:42.583 --> 07:45.083
but we must remain cautious
of the Shadow Lord.

07:48.000 --> 07:51.166
[announcer over PA] Attention.
The Imperial Authority has declared...

07:51.167 --> 07:53.750
[announcer continues indistinctly]

07:58.708 --> 08:00.624
- Hey! What the--
- Sorry, little buddy.

08:00.625 --> 08:01.957
Who are you?

08:01.958 --> 08:03.166
Leave my son alone.

08:03.167 --> 08:06.166
Oh, you're a Lawson? [laughs boisterously]

08:06.167 --> 08:07.666
Sorry to hear that, kid.

08:07.667 --> 08:10.457
Amazed to see us
on the same side for once.

08:10.458 --> 08:12.207
Vario, I'm frankly amazed

08:12.208 --> 08:14.166
- that you're still alive.
- [laughs boisterously]

08:14.167 --> 08:16.666
[Spybot speaking Droid]

08:16.667 --> 08:18.957
[Rook Kast] This route has no access
out of the city.

08:18.958 --> 08:20.333
[Maul sighs]

08:21.000 --> 08:25.624
Are you certain that this is the correct
way past the perimeter, Captain?

08:25.625 --> 08:27.291
Yes, I'm certain.

08:27.292 --> 08:29.624
There's a power station a district away.

08:29.625 --> 08:33.625
It's built over an underground fissure
that'll take us past the Empire.

08:35.792 --> 08:37.250
Then by all means.

08:42.875 --> 08:44.292
[Spybot whirring]

08:44.917 --> 08:46.792
You've been hiding something from me.

08:47.417 --> 08:50.541
Maul would not be able
to access your mind with such ease

08:50.542 --> 08:52.916
unless there was a connection between you.

08:52.917 --> 08:54.666
[Devon inhales, sighs]

08:54.667 --> 08:58.957
When we were separated at the casino,
Rylee and I were attacked.

08:58.958 --> 09:01.125
Maul saved our lives.

09:01.792 --> 09:03.500
He brought us to safety.

09:04.708 --> 09:08.125
Did he help you for your sake...
or his own?

09:10.333 --> 09:12.500
[mechanical thudding]

09:28.375 --> 09:31.250
[engines whirring]

09:32.917 --> 09:35.332
Well, that complicates things.

09:35.333 --> 09:37.041
Our way out is through there.

09:37.042 --> 09:38.667
There's too many to sneak past.

09:39.250 --> 09:41.499
Patience. They will move on.

09:41.500 --> 09:43.957
We do not have time for patience.

09:43.958 --> 09:46.083
Our transport will not wait for us.

09:47.083 --> 09:48.582
[Rook Kast] Jam their comms.

09:48.583 --> 09:50.249
[Spybot] Yes, yes, yes.

09:50.250 --> 09:53.082
Comms go bye-bye, me jam comms.

09:53.083 --> 09:54.750
[laughing maliciously]

10:00.292 --> 10:01.791
[lightsaber buzzing]

10:01.792 --> 10:03.000
[stormtrooper 1] Call for backup!

10:04.083 --> 10:05.916
[stormtrooper 2] Sir, comms are down!

10:05.917 --> 10:07.582
[stormtrooper 1] All troopers, open fire!

10:07.583 --> 10:08.583
Blast him!

10:09.583 --> 10:11.042
[blasters firing]

10:15.208 --> 10:16.333
[stormtrooper screaming]

10:20.292 --> 10:22.333
I guess so much for stealth.

10:22.917 --> 10:24.583
[♪ tense music playing]

10:26.542 --> 10:29.791
- [explosion]
- [Devon grunts, sighs]

10:29.792 --> 10:31.333
[explosions]

10:39.417 --> 10:40.417
[stormtrooper screaming]

10:48.333 --> 10:49.583
[mechanical whining]

10:57.500 --> 10:58.832
[crashes]

10:58.833 --> 11:00.083
[explosion]

11:09.667 --> 11:11.791
Hey, you be careful with that thing.

11:11.792 --> 11:13.624
[panting] Yeah. Yeah. Okay.

11:13.625 --> 11:15.749
Just remember what I taught you.

11:15.750 --> 11:16.750
I will.

11:17.792 --> 11:19.792
[♪ ominous music playing]

11:25.750 --> 11:27.625
[Eleventh Brother] They were here.

11:31.042 --> 11:33.458
[Marrok] They're making their escape.

11:49.125 --> 11:52.124
The passage runs under the plant
and into the jungle.

11:52.125 --> 11:54.666
Hunted a fugitive here
a couple of years ago.

11:54.667 --> 11:56.708
Yeah, ironic.

11:58.500 --> 11:59.958
That'll get us down there.

12:02.250 --> 12:03.583
[fan whirring]

12:05.792 --> 12:07.292
[Rook Kast] You first.

12:20.000 --> 12:23.875
These guys are gonna double-cross us
the second we get outside of the city.

12:24.750 --> 12:25.750
Stay alert.

12:28.000 --> 12:30.125
[Rook Kast] What do you want to do
about the old man?

12:30.750 --> 12:32.624
Oh, have some respect, Rook.

12:32.625 --> 12:35.083
He is a Jedi Master and we need him.

12:36.167 --> 12:37.167
For now.

12:38.458 --> 12:40.458
[ships whirring]

12:48.667 --> 12:50.625
[fire crackling]

12:52.083 --> 12:54.417
[stormtrooper] They attacked quickly
and vanished soon after.

12:55.083 --> 12:58.458
We searched the station,
but have no lead on their position.

13:09.375 --> 13:12.458
[fan whirring]

13:17.708 --> 13:19.708
[fan whirring]

13:25.292 --> 13:28.374
[♪ ominous music continues]

13:28.375 --> 13:31.041
[liquid squelching]

13:31.042 --> 13:33.792
[sniffs, groans] That's a smell
I wish we'd avoided.

13:36.750 --> 13:39.082
[hissing, crackling]

13:39.083 --> 13:40.832
[Icarus] Acid.

13:40.833 --> 13:42.999
It's toxic waste from the city.

13:43.000 --> 13:44.916
[Two-Boots] Illegally disposed of!

13:44.917 --> 13:46.917
I will report this immediately!

13:48.208 --> 13:51.292
Never mind.
Probably not priority number one.

13:54.583 --> 13:56.875
[Maul] I do not see a way to cross.

13:57.583 --> 14:02.124
The ceiling is too low,
the distance too far, even for us.

14:02.125 --> 14:03.541
The jump is not possible.

14:03.542 --> 14:05.542
I agree with Master Daki.

14:06.125 --> 14:07.292
[Rylee] What about this thing?

14:09.542 --> 14:11.416
That's an old skiff.

14:11.417 --> 14:12.916
But that won't get us anywhere.

14:12.917 --> 14:15.417
See if there's another one
around here somewhere.

14:17.250 --> 14:18.332
There!

14:18.333 --> 14:21.167
- [Rook Kast] Go.
- [Spybot speaking Droid]

14:22.167 --> 14:24.375
[continues in sing-song voice]

14:33.042 --> 14:34.791
[Vario] Are you kidding me?

14:34.792 --> 14:36.957
That thing'll barely hold
two of us at a time.

14:36.958 --> 14:38.292
It's gonna take forever!

14:41.000 --> 14:42.999
- [Rylee grunts]
- [Spybot speaking Droid]

14:43.000 --> 14:45.667
- Ooh. Hey. Easy.
- [Spybot] No touchy! No!

14:51.000 --> 14:52.292
[Lawson] I'm sorry for this.

14:53.042 --> 14:55.167
I never should have
put you in this situation.

14:55.792 --> 14:57.041
It's not your fault.

14:57.042 --> 14:59.292
Well, I wish that were true, Rylee.

15:00.125 --> 15:02.500
I haven't been there for you for a while.

15:03.208 --> 15:07.333
And the things I was focused on
just finally caught up to me.

15:08.042 --> 15:09.917
[Rylee] Well, look on the bright side.

15:10.667 --> 15:13.542
This is the most time
you and I have together spent in a while.

15:14.208 --> 15:15.333
[chuckles softly]

15:16.417 --> 15:18.541
[Spybot retching]

15:18.542 --> 15:21.208
- Do you mind?
- [Spybot laughs, speaks Droid]

15:29.458 --> 15:30.666
[Vario] Whoa! [grunts]

15:30.667 --> 15:33.707
[Two-Boots] I suppose
I'm no better than you now. [scoffs]

15:33.708 --> 15:36.167
- A common criminal.
- [Spybot speaking Droid]

15:36.917 --> 15:38.917
[Two-Boots] No, that is not a good thing.

15:48.500 --> 15:49.500
What is it?

15:50.083 --> 15:51.583
[Master Daki] Someone is approaching.

15:52.625 --> 15:53.749
[lightsaber activates]

15:53.750 --> 15:54.832
Master?

15:54.833 --> 15:56.583
[♪ tense music playing]

15:58.292 --> 15:59.750
[lightsaber activates]

16:09.625 --> 16:11.249
[lightsabers buzzing]

16:11.250 --> 16:12.375
[grunts]

16:13.292 --> 16:14.542
Devon!

16:17.458 --> 16:19.000
[blasters firing]

16:42.667 --> 16:44.207
[Spybot speaking Droid]

16:44.208 --> 16:45.291
Cross!

16:45.292 --> 16:46.958
- [Rook Kast] My Lord, no!
- Now!

16:48.083 --> 16:49.917
- [sighs wearily]
- [blasters firing]

17:01.792 --> 17:03.792
[yelps, groans]

17:08.042 --> 17:09.500
[Rook Kast] Protect the skiff!

17:10.125 --> 17:11.333
[stormtrooper screams]

17:21.583 --> 17:25.166
- [Marrok] We will see to your demise.
- [Maul grunts]

17:25.167 --> 17:27.458
You are but another pawn of Darth Sidious.

17:28.875 --> 17:32.916
Surely you know he has dispatched
you to die, just as he did me.

17:32.917 --> 17:35.042
[Maul grunts]

17:37.750 --> 17:38.750
[Spybot grunts]

17:39.625 --> 17:42.583
[groaning] Master...

17:44.208 --> 17:45.875
[growling]

17:46.625 --> 17:47.625
[Maul yelling]

17:49.042 --> 17:50.500
[lightsabers buzzing, crackling]

18:00.042 --> 18:01.042
[lightsaber whirring]

18:06.458 --> 18:07.708
[Maul grunting]

18:13.875 --> 18:17.166
- [grunts] Go!
- I'm not leaving you, Master.

18:17.167 --> 18:19.042
Devon, please! [grunts]

18:23.000 --> 18:24.417
[grunts]

18:26.750 --> 18:28.792
[grunts, straining]

18:34.500 --> 18:35.667
[commando yelps]

18:38.917 --> 18:39.917
[Icarus groaning]

18:40.750 --> 18:41.874
[Icarus growling]

18:41.875 --> 18:43.082
[stormtrooper yelping]

18:43.083 --> 18:45.416
[groaning, growling]

18:45.417 --> 18:47.458
[groaning, yelps]

18:49.875 --> 18:51.333
[stormtroopers groaning]

18:53.417 --> 18:55.332
[groans, growls]

18:55.333 --> 18:57.333
- [acid hissing]
- [Icarus groaning]

19:02.208 --> 19:03.292
[indistinct chatter]

19:06.042 --> 19:07.208
[stormtroopers screaming]

19:10.083 --> 19:11.917
- [yelping]
- [lightsabers buzzing]

19:23.042 --> 19:24.250
[Devon straining]

19:26.125 --> 19:28.958
- [straining] Come on!
- Go.

19:33.625 --> 19:34.625
Cross.

19:38.917 --> 19:40.583
[straining]

19:51.042 --> 19:52.250
[mechanical whirring]

19:55.167 --> 19:56.833
[♪ dramatic music playing]

19:59.333 --> 20:00.500
[lightsabers buzzing]

20:04.000 --> 20:06.125
[straining] Come on!

20:16.208 --> 20:17.708
[lightsaber whirring]

20:22.417 --> 20:23.958
[♪ dramatic music continues]

20:42.125 --> 20:43.375
[Marrok] Inform him.

20:43.958 --> 20:45.958
They are headed his way.

20:55.167 --> 20:56.667
How far is this rendezvous?

20:57.958 --> 21:00.249
[Lawson] Hard to tell in this fog.

21:00.250 --> 21:01.875
[Rook Kast] I'll scout ahead and report.

21:11.292 --> 21:14.292
Your friends. I'm sorry they're gone.

21:19.917 --> 21:21.874
- [commando screaming]
- [blasters firing]

21:21.875 --> 21:23.417
[lightsabers activate]

21:27.417 --> 21:29.417
[Rook Kast yelping] Something...

21:30.917 --> 21:32.249
Someone is out there.

21:32.250 --> 21:33.957
[yelps]

21:33.958 --> 21:35.958
[screams echoing]

21:38.250 --> 21:39.917
[Rook Kast screaming]

21:46.792 --> 21:48.958
[heavy breathing]

21:55.458 --> 21:57.125
[♪ dramatic music playing]

22:02.625 --> 22:03.875
[lightsaber activates]

22:06.125 --> 22:08.125
- [Darth Vader breathing heavily]
- [♪ music concludes]
